Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions associated with 4 Pillars, including orders placed through our website and membership/subscription purchases made through Whop. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Memberships (Whop) — 24-Hour Refund Window

Membership/subscription purchases made through Whop are refundable only within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • After 24 hours, membership fees are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel after 24 hours, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period (no prorated refunds).
  • To request a membership refund within 24 hours, contact hello@join4pillars.com and include your Whop email and purchase details.

Note: Whop may process refunds and billing actions according to its platform rules and payment processor requirements.

2. Product Orders — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research materials, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and/or shipped.

Products are not eligible for return/refund if:

  • You change your mind or no longer need the item
  • You ordered the wrong product, quantity, or variant
  • You misunderstood the purpose or intended research use
  • The order was placed by a third party using your account or payment method

3. Provider (B2B) Orders — Final Sale; Damage Replacement at 50% Discount

All Provider (B2B) orders are final sale. If a Provider shipment arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement at a 50% discount (plus shipping, if applicable), subject to verification.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Claims must include the order number, clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item(s).
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or appear inconsistent with carrier handling.

4. Affiliates, Referrals & Members — Damaged Product Policy

If an order placed by an Affiliate, a referred customer, or a Private Member arrives damaged, the same damage process applies: we may offer a replacement at a 50% discount (plus shipping, if applicable), subject to verification.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Photo evidence is required (outer box, inner packaging, product).

5. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If verified, we will correct the issue at our discretion (replacement or other resolution).

  • Include your order number and clear photos of what you received.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim is resolved.

6. Lost, Missing, or “Delivered” Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your order, please check:

  • Your carrier tracking details and delivery photo (if available)
  • Your building mailroom / front desk / parcel lockers
  • Neighbors for possible misdelivery

If a carrier officially marks a shipment as lost, email hello@join4pillars.com with your order number and tracking number so we can assist with documentation.

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Affiliate Commission Reversals

If an order is refunded, charged back, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent, any associated Affiliate/Referral commission may be reversed.

  • If commission payouts were already issued for the disputed order, the Affiliate/Partner may be required to repay or offset the related amount (including any processing fees or costs we incur), where permitted.
  • Accounts with repeated chargebacks may be reviewed, restricted, or removed from programs at our discretion.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment. Once a label is created or the order enters the shipping process, cancellations are not possible.

Membership cancellations are handled in Whop; canceling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

9. Research Use Notice

Products sold by 4 Pillars are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not for human or animal use. Misuse of products may void eligibility for support or claim review.
